The Spirituality Toolbox. January 17th - February 7th 2012

A four week course on Tuesday evenings which looks at practical ways in which we can improve and develope our prayer life. We will look at different tools from different traditions - from traditional daily prayer to contemporary ideas.

Lent Course - various times and dates

Our lent course this year follows a five session course on the Beatitudes. Around four groups will be available across the parish at different times during the week. Copies of the course woll be available from mid January in the Parish office and on line here, along with sign up lists.

How to be an Anglican. May 14th - 28th 2012

This three week course looks at the developement of Anglicanism and what makes it distinctive from other denominations and churches. The course is roughly based on Richard Giles' book 'How to be an Anglican' which is available to buty from the resources area.

The Alpha Course. September  17th - November 5th 2012

How to read a Church. October 2nd - 6th November 2012

This 6 week course will follow the BBC 2 documentary by Richard Taylor on how to read churches. This fascinating documentary  explores how different buildings and traditions reflect the faith and beliefs of the people who built them. Each week we will watcha 30 minute episode and discuss ideas contained in it afterwards.
